What is the Mount Vernon Event on Saturday?

All of our events come with an optional extra day. Think of it as a way to extend the networking portion of the conference and spend a day getting to know attendees, speakers, and sponsors of the show. For our DC show this includes a river boat ride up the Potomac River, private tour of George Washington’s Mount Vernon, lunch, and a few additional surprises!

Where should I stay?

We recommend booking your accommodations at The W, which is where Advanced Search Summit will take place. Book your room with this link to get a discounted rate at The W.

What Airport Should I Fly Into?

We recommend flying into Regan (DCA) which is only a 9-minute ride away from The W Hotel. Alternate airports would be Dulles (IAD) or Baltimore (BWI), just be aware, these airports are about 40-60 minutes away from the hotel.

Are there ID requirements to enter the event?

Yes. You must be able to present (an over 21) valid ID to consume alcohol at all locations.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

We highly recommend using Uber/Lyft to get to the W hotel. The W has Valet Parking: $59 for overnight should you choose to rent a car. Street parking is available at a first come, first serve basis around the property.

What should I wear to the event?

Please dress comfortably! We recommend business casual with an extra layer just in case you get cold.
