What is Advanced Search Summit?

Advanced Search Summit is an annual event that focuses on providing an intimate setting to learn from the brightest minds in the search industry. We believe in providing a first-class experience for all of our attendees by limiting attendance, focusing on enterprise problems & solutions, and celebrating in historic Napa Valley.

Will there be photography?

Advanced Search Summit will have a photographer at the event taking pictures and video of speakers, attendees, and areas surrounding the event. By your attendance, you give Advanced Search Summit express permission to be photographed, recorded or videotaped. You agree that Advanced Search Summit may use these images or recordings in sale or commercial promotion of the conference or related media. Please refrain from acting inappropriately as the images/video might make its way online.

How do I purchase tickets to this event?

If I cannot make it, can I receive a refund on my order?

We know that things can happen and change. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:
  • 90+ Days Out: Full Refund*
  • 60+ Days Out: 50% Refund*
  • 30+ Days Out: 25% Refund*
  • Less than 30 Days Out: No Refunds
*Please note that all refunds come with a $100 cancellation fee
All refund requests need to be sent in via email from the email address you used during registration. WE WILL NOT PROCESS REFUNDS FROM NON-MATCHING EMAIL ADDRESSES. If you realize you are unable to attend for any reason, we strongly suggest finding a friend or colleague to utilize your ticket. Refund requests can be emailed to info@advancedsearchsummit.com.


How can I apply a discount code to my order?

To apply a discount code to your order, choose your desired ticket type and quantity first. After doing that, fill out the ‘Promo Code’ section above ‘Order Now’. When the text box appears, enter your code and click ‘Apply’. Finally, click ‘Order Now’.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket. Please send an email to info@advancedsearchsummit.com and request the change.

I am interested in volunteering. How do I sign up to do so?

Right now, we aren’t taking any volunteer positions.
